This Pillar post matched very well. I read a review on another similar item that did not. Slow and careful cutting. Fits pretty well and happy with the finished look.
A quick review on the parts I used and hopefully tips if you are taking on this fairly easy install. I did need some extra wire for the wiring harness to reach the A post. Check out the videos for install help if this is your first time. It was for me. I hooked the rocker switch to the dash lights, had to remove most of the dash to get this done but looks really good and the light dims with the dash lights. See this video: (...). Well worth the time in my opinion.

In review, all of these parts worked very well but a few small negatives. Make sure to have a little extra wire handy. The rocker switch that comes with the wiring harness can be replaced as a unit easily but not just the faceplate. I found that Otrattw switches are more customizable and are a very good quality. They can also be designed in landscape so that they look better in the pillar.
