Just got my second jeep, 04 unlimited, it has alot more going on with it than my old YJ

    Welcome! It's a fact the JKs are bigger than YJs but your pic confirms that's no illusion. The only things possibly interchangeable are probably the headlights. The doors have a similar design too. Nice jeeps thanks for sharing.

    Welcome to the forum. What a transformation the Jeep has made. Nice rigs. But I know they make different 2 door editions. Artic, Back Country, etc. I thought the Unlimited was a 4 door jeep. Is it a special edition 2 door.? Just curious. What options does it come with? I like it. Is it another special edition 2 door?

    Howell fuel injection, header, HEI distributor, TH350, NP208, SOA lift with YJ springs in the front & GW springs in the Rear. AMC20 with G2 1 piece chromos trussed, Dana 30 with G2 chromos and 760x ujoints and MM Stainless Hubs, Geared 4.56. Tom Woods shafts, Metal cloaks, Caged, 37" Toyo MTs.
    I believe the 2004 is a TJ and the unlimited is also known as a LJ (Long TJ). It is also smaller than a JK.

    I'm Jelly. I've always wanted one of those. Had the Chance to buy one with low miles for 12K once. Wife said it was too expensive. So I spent 5k on a CJ and another 20k restoring it.

    Wow that '04 TJ Unlimited dwarfs that old YJ like a linebacker to QB. Which makes sense as the JKU is even bigger than both and weighs in a porky 2+ tons.
