Yeppers, it is wide open behind the jeep in the back ground. Same behind the rocks with some trails loaded with fun stuff including small rocks to large rocks to crawl over. There is a creek below the rock bank on the right side. It has a park with bathrooms. The location is known as Balance Rock as there is a rock on its nose balancing. You can kinda see a structure below the rocks on the left in one of the photo's. It is just a shade area to get out of the sun with a table. A lot like a bus stop in the middle of nowhere. LOL

I should add I drove 8 hours from Oregon to get to this location. Some locations require a bit more travel. Totally worth it!!

Yup, Crazy but true. I am in Eugene. Someone said we are about 98% Total Eclipse. I have my cardboard glasses on my office wall waiting for the moment to arrive. My window points in the direction of the sun. I hope I'm not on the phone when the time comes. I think its about 9:20 AM for us the Monday. :headbang:

Have an update on the Eclipse.

    97404, Eugene, Oregon

Expect to see the moon cover 99.5% of the sun. The moon will be in the sun's path starting at 9:04am and continue for 2hours 32minutes. The best time to see the peak of the eclipse will be 10:17am.

*all times pacific daylight time (PDT)
