So I did a compression test on all 6 cylinders (cyl.1 was 52, cyl.2 was 0, cyl.3 95, cyl.4 90, cyl.5 was95, cyl.6 was 160) I'm at the point I'm not sure what to do I am doing a wet test on Wednesday to see if it's a top end problem or a bottom end problem, has anyone dealt with this or know what I could possibly do to resolve it, it started when my jeep over heated due to a shitty thermostat so I've replaced that and distributor cap and spark plugs. But that is all

Welcome! It might just need some new pistons and hone the cylinders. Not that big of a deal on the 4.0

If #2 is at zero you have a big issue. (not that #1 being at 52 is good) As for #2...Are you getting fuel in the oil? If so, it could be broken rings or a hole in a piston. If no fuel in oil, you may have a broken/stuck/burnt valve. Of course, a blown head gasket is a possibility but I think less likely unless you are leaving some symptoms out. There are a few more things but these are the most common. The bad news: I don't see any way to avoid pulling the head off. The good news: It will likely answer all your questions one way or the other.

Good luck with it. Oh...and pay attention when you start to remove the head...you could always find the problem along the way like with a rocker or some such after you remove the valve cover. Keep looking for the easy stuff on the way to the hard stuff. Sometimes that pays off big in saving time and money.

    Good luck with it.
