first you cannot use a straight pipe or do away with cat on a registered vehicle. Enough said.

Then we need to find out WHY the current cat failed - before the second one follows.

Post ALL codes - use a scanner. Did you have any lately as misfires are cat killers.

Any engine mods or powertrain BS ? STOCK is best.

If you have a SCANNER - post all data - codes, ECT, FT's. B2S1 B2S2,

    no scanner -
If driveable have the system scanned at one of the part stores that does FREE scans...

I do not understand 'all that is brand new" ? misfire is new?

Good - I think Champion is OEM and - explain later.

do you have a scanner - live data?

Try a free scan at the auto part stores...

the super chip is this a performance chip AKA pos?

OK here is my thoughts/plan, we would correct the cause for the P0430, why I asked if its stock.
FYI cats are warranted for 8yrs you MAY be in that window. And letting jeep have at it.
BUT We need it stock for that avenue AND Super Ship wont work. You are modified. Good by warranty.

And for a DIYer repair a scanner is needed to see live data see reply #6.

every reply is a reveal - a POS programmer, p0300, cruise control, exhaust, and NON OEM LEDs.

Any chance the exhaust has been F'ed with?
    Any exhaust leaks?
Will programer read live data ie B2S1 o2 voltages?
Is the ABS or traction control on light - is it coming on @2seconds at every start for bulb check?

I am looking for a TSB while you reply.

Stock exhaust no leaks in it. abs and traction control come on like normal when starting the car then shut off right after. And no the filter is stock don’t use k&n.

All the easy ones are being dismissed -

I think the p0300 p2098 and p0430 are related. a multi misfire, and post cat o2 sensor readings issues.

The LED issue self inflicted, the Cruise control with the easy ones dismissed will be a wire check not a priority.

Ideally we want to look at fuel trims and the o2sensor voltages- that will let us see a mixture issue, fuel compensation, and sensor range - lean or rich... Now how to do without a scanner...
    will Post an idea later...

    PO579
    Possible Causes
(V71) S/C SIGNAL 1 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
    (V71) S/C SIGNAL 1 CIRCUIT OPEN
(V937) S/C SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
(V71) S/C SIGNAL 1 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(V71) S/C SIGNAL 1 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (V937) S/C SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
    CLOCKSPRING
    SPEED CONTROL SWITCH
    POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
