    Hey folks, I have been around Jeeps since I got my first one in 1968 (yeah, I'm and old guy) That first one was a '46 2a. I currently have a 1983 CJ8 basket case, a 1947 Willys needing restored, and a 1979 that is a Johnny Cash mix (Wrangler tub on a 79 CJ frame, 304, 400 trans with 20 transfer, and Dana running gear). My wife has a 1986 CJ7 we bought new off the showroom floor that hopefully Will get a new engine in the spring.

    I was a long time, but not real active, member of JeepsUnlimited.com, which I see is now gone. I was also on PartsMikes.com many years ago. I probably won't post a lot, but I wanted to join so I can keep up on things.
