Right turn signal is flashing quickly but light bulb still works. Should I replace bulb anyway to fix to fix the problem or is problem in the relay?

Welcome @Harmo ! Check to make sure both front+rear bulbs are working properly before moving onto the flasher unit or relay.

Sounds like there’s a broken fuse somewhere. I’d check all your fuses.

Usually in Jeeps this means one of your lightbulbs is bad, this is the diagnostics they implemented.
Check all bulbs, find one that ain't working, replace.

My right front blinker does that when I run it thru a deep mud hole until I unplug it and plug it back in. Probably need to replace whole thing with LEDs

The bulbs are wire in series like old Christmas lights. They wire them that way so like you said when one bulb is out it makes the flasher react to quick.

All 4 blinker bulbs are on same fuse.

Sometimes I can smack my fender and mine will start working also.

Pull the plug out and disconnect. Pull the bulb.
Clean all contacts. Replace bulb, plug in and test.
Even a small amount of dirt or rust screws up the connection.
Start with front bulb plug first.
Just did this yesterday. One slightly dirty, rusty connection... works great now.
