the stick with it attitude, he was hesitant about wiring - I checked back and he was done, and onto another issue... not the common seen snowflake ethic.

I chose the stick with it attitude because I refuse to let it win.

    Airbag light -

Sometimes that can be a issue, your having an older jeep might not be an issue but lets remember light is on .

Horn working and how about cruise control?

something to remember that is clockspring feedback BUT I will look if the ZJ had same concern.

Well here's an interesting fact... Maybe the reason for my rough running is because the front drive shaft was faulty and just broke on me. I removed it and it still runs and drives, a replacement at the scrap yard is 20 bucks but I can't remove a screw on the front end of the drive shaft... The piece that broke off

yeah my grandpa spent his life in the military and I was raised by him and my grandma. He taught me those who don't work don't eat and if you want something done right you got to do it yourself...

The way that axle assembly is rocking back and forth I would check the control arm bushings too

I'm glad you noticed that because I forgot to mention that. Seems if it was pulling the axle with it as it was trying to reverse

I passed it on to both my boys but a lot of kids don't hold those same values but that is a whole nother subject for a different forum. Lol we could type till our fingers fall off and not make a dent. Ty for carrying those values which I assume you will pass on to those you meet or kids you might have.

In fact axle wrap could have caused that drive shaft failure.

Been kind of busy the last few days... I plan on getting it done today though. How can I get the other end off that seems to be stuck?

Quick question...I replacing the front drive shaft. I have only one tire jacked up (drivers) and the wheel spins freely along with the front drive shaft mounting pieces (front axle and transfer case), should I worry or is this normal ?

Right, starting to think either the transfer case is bad or the front axle/suspension...thats the second front shaft that's been destroyed at the front end.
