I tried drilling it out, but I have 4 to drill and it took 6 hours to drill out one one my mom's on her grand Cherokee. I've tried taking it to a mechanic shop to have cut off and no luck. I will call around welding shops and ask around today

It's not an ez drill job but 6 hours for one stud/lug nut is excessive. With a corded drill + quality drill bit(S) you should be able to drill enough into the stud/lug nut combo then splitting the nut with a punch+hammer.

Thinking outside the box. Snap off all 5 lugs. And Punch the lug stubs out of the hub. :notsure:. New lugs are like $1.50 plus the nut. Just a thought. :jerkoff:

@JKBob 25 might be referring to his big ball breaker :smash:

Took it to a tire shop today and they told me if they cut it I would have to replace the rotor too because the torch would damage the rotor.

I'd say go for it! Rotors are not expensive plus it could turn out fine. I have some concerns about why the studs are spinning with the lug nuts.....

What is the next step when studs spin within the hub assembly?...besides welding them on LOL

That's what I'm thinking. If the studs are spinning. The hubs are most likely shot also. So, new hubs in your future too.
I snapped off 2 recently by accident. Not hard to do. Especially if you have a big ball breaker.....:flexing:

Okay I'm going to change the rotor. I'm going to pull a used one from the salvage yard but the oldest Grand Cherokee they have is a 96. Should that year be interchangeable with my 93? Should I get just the rotor or rotor with the Hub?

Double check fitment years at Advance Auto for replacement parts. Spinning studs in the hub can't just be replaced. Not sure if over-sized studs are available but the hub must be stripped.

What @aggrex said. Check and double check the source your buying your parts from. I've found with my GFs 98. There's some cross over compatibility between years. But not all. Again. Check and double check.
