What is the names of these three sensors on the throttle body... And what they are used for? I've tested all three of them with a multimeter with the key turned on and I'm getting no voltages from any wire

with KOEO VT/WT wire is 5v referance on MAP and TPS.

The IAC will not always have 12v

So I'm not supposed to get voltages from the TPS wires or the map wires?

yes the system will have voltage on the MAP and TPS, the wiring diagram shows which wires.

KOEO there will be a 5v referance and a signal return.
If the PCM did not receive a TPS/MAP signal then a code for that component would set

Voltages will be in the 5v and lower range.

How am I supposed to test these wires? And I ran a multimeter on them the first time with the key turned on, I got no voltages.

might be the relay to PCM timing out, need to check that. With sensor plugged in or disconnected there should be 5v on the VT/WT wire .

Is that color in the 3 wire connector to both MAP and TPS?
The diagram I added above details the connector pinout.

Yes the Violet and white wire and the black and blue wire are on both the TPS and MAP Sensors. Where can I find that relay?

Where can I find the relay and how do I test it?

lets try this - is there 12v at injectors/ at coil?

If the MAP and TPS were not sending a signal the engine would not operate correctly, AND a code would set.
    What are we checking for?

Well every time I start it up whether it's been sitting overnight or sitting for 5 minutes, it's either the engine or transmission let's acting sluggish as if it's clogged or congested. Slow hard shifts and I have to hold the gas down to let it clear up and drive decently. If it's the transmission, the only thing I can think of is adding that quart of Lucas on top of full transmission fluid and maybe that overfilled my transmission and causing it to act sluggish

I get a bit sluggish during happy hour too! Check trans fluid level and drain accordingly. Too little or too much can cause similar issues. Make sure to use the correct trans fluid.

Here are some older videos of the same problem, watch my RPMS
And just to double-check, the correct transmission fluid is ATF 4 and not Dex Merc ?

Do the drain pans for the 46rh and the 46re differ from each other or are they the same? I'm asking because I found a pan that has a drain plug but the website for advance Auto parts says it's for a 46re and it fits my 93 Grand Cherokee with a 5.2... I was just curious if it would fit my 46rh so that way I can easily drain my transmission fluid without having to take off the whole pan.

Heres the fluid level. And I just read the dipstick, says to use ATF or Dex 2...so what's the difference between the two ?

I would just use some quality brand Dexron II/III trans oil. Check owners manual for trans capacity
