Remington 700 in .243 and a Maple stock from Boyd's. Vortex 4x12 is in a Leupold base and rings.

How much did the stock add to the weight of the gun?? That is a sharp looking rifle. I think my next rifle will either be a .243 or a 22-250. Can't make up my mind lol

No clue. I have no way to weigh it, but it's not any heavier than the Vanguard.

Just ordered a savage Mark II 22lr youth model for my son for his big xmas present. I think he'll be pleasantly surprised with his very first very own firearm. I cant wait to see his face when he opens it up

Newest toy ... Ruger 10/22 Charger Takedown. The pistol brace adapter that allows the AR buffer tube and SBA3 is from Copper Custom. Red dot is a Sig Romeo 5. Had the Ergo Grip laying around.

Did another with a leftover Shockwave 2 and an A2 birdcage for a raffle at the VFW. Personally, I'll never use the little bipod that comes with, but it will make it set up nice on the table while we're selling the raffle tickets.

That didn't last long... I decided to put the SBA3 on another gun, and add a SB Tactical folder. Now it's more backpack (Jeep) friendly.

Hey all, new to this the Forum. Just for the sake of everyone's privacy please be sure to cover your serial #'s with a piece of tape. Not sure how the google engine does it but it's now recording those #'s.
I'm a Custom Rifle Smith and run a private LR Shooting Facility near Three Forks MT. Here's a pic of one of my competition rifles. Action is a Tikka T3, custom tuned factory trigger (12oz). Chambered in 6xc, In a GRS Hybrid Stock and topped off with a NF 3-15x50 NXS. Load runs a 115 DTAC @ 3020fps out of a 28" Benchmark 7.75T barrel.

My daughter is the same. Right handed, left eye dominant. I came home on leave from Afghanistan the summer she turned 17 and bought her a Walther P22 in pink. Took her to the rang and she was smacking man sized targets from 25 meters. One of the other instructors was there and wanted to “fix” her. there was nothing to fix! She shot 185 for 200 that afternoon. She still shoots but she’s in her 2nd year of doctoral school with a new husband and baby (2 weeks old) . but i did buy my new granddaughter a new CZ 455 .22 WMR rifle.

That’s slick! It’ll look great when you get it together! Nice work.
