My radio has stopped working in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My backup cam still works, but the radio screen stays in the “Jeep Sirius XM” screen. No volume will come out of my radio and I can’t use the AC function to control where the air comes out.

I have checked all fuses, unplugged the battery and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and I’ve tried manually resetting the radio by pushing the volume and tune buttons simultaneously. I’m completely out of ideas. Anyone else have any other thoughts before I take it to the dealership?

    paid cash for it.
Personally, I’d replace it with an OEM unit from a wreck or aftermarket and call it a day. I’ve seen the OEM ones on kijiji for $100. If you use it a lot, maybe upgrade it to something better. It’s not hard to switch. A dealer will charge high prices for parts and labour.
