Hey everyone Im new to the forum.

Anyways I have an 09 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.7L WK, she is my life and my first car that i personally worked hard for.

I want to do an engine swap from the 3.7 to the 5.7 Hemi (or something more powerful thats “compatible”)

Can anyone tell me what all I would need or give alot of advice to engine swapping.
    Thanks

(Yes i kno about the ups n downs to engine swapping, i just want to be sent in the right direction of parts n advice)

Welcome to the forum @Kingkey34 .

You might want to go to a shop in your area that specializes in this type of major work. You won't get all the info and answers your looking for here.

We have a bunch of very knowledgeable members here. But this is not an easy question to answer here.

    That's not an easy swap.

This will be a big project. I’d search for a used JGC with a V8 in nearly any condition. Start a search for information from similar websites like this one: https://www.novak-adapt.com/

it’s possible your dealer might have some information as the JGC was available with a V8.
