    Those sure look a lot like Moto Metal 951 wheels. Real close but just a little off. Sorry.....

    You have hankook tires a big brand at discount tire. Maybe the wheels came from them. Drive by and ask.

    I tend to agree with C2T. looks similar to a moto metal rim. Maybe a variation without the hub in the center.

    Have you checked the wheel's barrel? Brand name might be stamped on the inside or inside lip. Just a thought.
