this mount puts the radio above the shifter, out of the way of pass and angled toward driver to line up without tilting your head. not pretty but functional. its a 3 point mount, no wiggle,in a hummer and jeep seat bolts look the same.

Gets the job done. Where did you grab the parts from?

believe it or not! two of the angled parts "showed up" in my barn full of junk! the flat straight piece was a cross tie support from a utility pole and the round pipe from a junk satellite dish.. but all could be cut, bent from one inchx 1/4 flat iron from the hdwe store/lowes,etc. drill, use 14/20 bolts.
its a fab job diu. lots of imagination, necessity mother of design huh..
wires go direct to batt,30 amp fuse

Dood, I really hope that isn't an open-backed power distribution panel that I have highlighted. If it is, that is a smoke test waiting to happen! At least tape some cardboard or plastic over the bare wiring to protect it. One good leg-bounce against that while rock crawling or even traveling a bumpy road and you will have at least a burned fuse, at most a fire. Please cover that up.

It's all good. I was a stereo installer for 15 years so automotive wiring is a hot topic for me. In the stereo industry it doesn't always matter how good it sounds, it HAS TO look good. In level of priority of a stereo installer, Looks, safety, performance. I won't bust your balls for anything you do, but I will point out ways to make improvements if I see them. I will also point out that you have a very solid mount for the radio. Excellent job on that.
