Well I got the 1994 YJ on the road & legal. My issue now is no matter what speed I'm doing the speedometer reads 39mph.
I am running 33" tires now.
Does anyone know what what number of teeth/ gear I need to swap in order to get a more accurate speedo?

    Thanks guys

Sound like you have more than a gear issue if you are always reading 39mph I believe first you need to replace the sensor that sits on the gear.
