Code gives multiple misfires. Engine light on. When it begins to flash, Engine loses power, I turn it off it will run fine again for a while. Its like it resets even though engine light remains on. Have replaced: spark plugs, coin rail, crankshaft censor and cam shaft sensor. Problem can go months without any issues after a part is replaced. Been dealing with this for about 2 years now. Any Ideas?

welcome to the site! I would start with checking the battery cables to make sure they have clean, solid connections.

Welcome! Two years not two months? What's the code or have the code identified with rented/purchased code reader.

If Prerunner is correct (P0300) then some DIY things to check might be coil, ignition module, fuel pressure, EGR
