Turn/hazzards not working

    2003 wrangler no hazard or turn signal, I replace the relay ,multifunction switch, bulbs,fuses,everything else works.when my foot is on brake,and put turn signal on, that brake light goes out, any ideas??

    I would check for a grounded wire somplace.

    I don' think my 2003 Sahara has those, I only have the lm470,I check when I get home

    So I took an extra car battery, hooked up ground to numer 7 on harness that is a ground, and a positive on numer 11 the hazzards, and that made it work .hazzard/turn signals, can anyone explain why???

    I have to disagree with you on the flasher. You do have one. I just changed one out on my friends 2004 TJ. I remember now that it is located on top of the steering column under the plastic. When you take the steering column cover off you likely won't see it because it is covered with a sticker.

    Is it square? I replaced the square one,it plugs onto the multifunction switch, I replaced that also , ,and put in the new,lm470 from napa,I don' see a round flasher

    Yes. The OEM flasher for TJ is square. The 2 I posted are what Oreilly's web site says will work in the TJ.

    Here is the link on where it is and how to change it. Posting just to make sure we are talking about the same thing.

    Have you fixed the problem, yet. I am just guessing now, but could,the turn signal be bad providing you have replaced the flasher. My thoughts are that the hazards would work even if the turn signal was bad but I can't confirm that.
