Looking to replace my 3" suspension lift on jeep I bought last year. Will a 4" suspension lift work with a 1" body lift?

Welcome! Why not run the proposed lift first then the body lift if needed for your specific needs.

Yes they will work together, but what is your end goal and is it on the TJ that you have on your profile?

Welcome to the forum @Wilder. I agree with above posts.
When i bought my JK. I was also looking to add a body spacer kit. And when I saw the issues and extra work that went into a body spacer kit. I decided not to. Figured I was better off with just a suspension lift and add on to that if I wanted more lift. In the future. Just my experienced 2 cents.

If your intent is to run 35" tires....There's more to do than just get enough clearance for the tires. Things like steering upgrades, brake upgrades, possible axle upgrades, regearing......It can get expensive.
