Gas goes in slowly

    I have a 89 Wrangler with 6inch lift. When I go to put gas in it ,it wants to spit it back out.took 10 mins. To put 15 dollars in.

    Howell fuel injection, header, HEI distributor, TH350, NP208, SOA lift with YJ springs in the front & GW springs in the Rear. AMC20 with G2 1 piece chromos trussed, Dana 30 with G2 chromos and 760x ujoints and MM Stainless Hubs, Geared 4.56. Tom Woods shafts, Metal cloaks, Caged, 37" Toyo MTs.
    I have same problem with both my Cj and Yj. I believe it's a design flaw. I can only pump on low setting. Anybody else have a fix?

    I have *knock on wood* never had this issue but have seen that it is most commonly attributed to a clogged evap system or fuel tank vent valve.

    I don't know when Jeep started it but I have seen the TJ guys complain that a check ball that rides on rails in the filler neck getting stuck.

    Welcome to the forum @jfaxon.
    I believe another member had this same issue. I'll have to see if I can find the thread. If memory serves me. It's as OFFGRID said. Its a design flaw. Just bring a magazine when you to fill up dude. Loll.
