    That's a "control" leash. Had to back out a few trucks, and shuffle tires around with a fork lift, and the last thing anyone wanted, was an animal to get hurt. This leash prevents the dog from pulling against it, and possibly choking. Its surprisingly thin, and light, so it doesn't bother the dude. When he tries to pull against it, it tightens, and pulls against their snout, and they stop. As soon as they stop, it loosens up again.

    Might not be able to hear, but that's a 24v Cummins 5.9 in that truck. Its a beast.
