    What is the problem?

You could compare your radiator to other options- engines, HD or tow packages, then visit a local radiator shop
    - local will be better for any fitting issues much easier than internet type - shipping costs, TIME waiting, no face to face discussions.

why do you think its the radiator?

    are you loosing coolant?
    have you changed thermostat?
any restriction - airflow thru radiator, clogged radiator ?
    I have seen WP's fail ...

As was mentioned do the simple things first coolant checks>flush>thermostat>air flow restrictions. Noisy water pump? Radiator old? Sudden problem?

Outside the box question. Was a leak stop ever used? That chit will cause more issues than you'll want to deal with.

Agree with bob. If you ever used a stop leak you should replace everything. That stuff cloggs up your system. Fluctuating temp is likely a clogged radiator or old thermostat or both.
