Jeep was running rough, stalling at idle/down the road, each time grew more difficult to start but will crank. Replaced cam and crank and is still throwing codes. Also won't start. Any ideas why the codes are still coming up and why it won't start? Clogged fuel pump? Clogged cat? Bad spark plugs?

Welcome! Can you give more details as to year, engine, and codes being thrown?

    Codes; p0340 and p1391
I bought the sensors from AutoZone but threw out the boxes so am unsure of maker.

Sensors come from jeep ESP these two .

P0340-NO CAM SIGNAL AT PCM ..
P1391-INTERMITTENT LOSS OF CMP OR CKP.

You are aware there is no mention of replacing a part solely because a code is present.
I would check the wiring at the sensors, start with the CMP - and wiring at sensor, connector tight clean, no corrosion check wiring several inchec from sensor as that is where I seee most failed wires...

Ideally a graphing scanner is used to observe both CMP and CKP/CPS sensor wave forms - tugging pulling shaking the harnesses to see if wave forms drop, trying to find which and where...

Any other codes issues or lights?
