The uconnect has been frozen on my screen for 3 days. I cannot access anything in the system - radio, navigation, phone, etc. I called uconnect, they gave me reset steps, they did not work. I also pulled the fuse as well as disconnected battery. Neither of those worked either. Has anyone had this happen? I would love to try to resolve the situation before having to pay huge money at the dealership! It is NO FUN driving to the beach with the top down and no tunes! Thank you in advance!

I think there is a hard reset button on the back of the unit. It's not hard to pull out of the dash, and try that.
