When i first bought this truck i put a new re-maned engine in it. First couple of drives i found out that if i tired to cruise around 58-60mph (even with cruise control on) the whole truck shook really bad as if it was trying to constantly switch between gears or something... Being as it was a new car for me and i am a mechanic, i did a trans drain and fill service on it. That violent shaking never happened again but i am still having some issues. that was just a little back story.

1st: some times when i take off slowly, when it shifts from 1st to 2nd it gives a little bit of a kick and if im in 2nd going slow and let off the gas (to go into neutral) it kicks the same way out of 2nd

2nd: even though the idle is NOT high (sits about 475-600) the idle is VERY powerful. If at a stop you need to put a good amount of pressure on the brake pedal to stay put, if you let off the brake and never touch the gas, it is possible to reach about 10-13mph AT IDLE, and i just recently was pulling a full STEEL trailer fully loaded with and entire bedroom set of furniture (Trailer atleast 800lb and furniture atleast 500lb) and if i let off the brake i swear this idle could climb a 10deg incline even with pulling all that weight. I dont know if this is a problem or not but it doesnt seem right, not sure if its an issue with the torque converter not disengaging or something. besides it being anoying to hold descent pressure on the brake at a stop this doesnt really bother me, i just dont want it to be a symptom of something worse.

3rd: If im cruising down the highway 70-80mph and then let OFF the gas, the trans make a faint but high pitch wining/whirling noise. the shop i work at doesnt do much transmission jobs but we did have an avalanche one time that made the same noise on highway (along with alot of other trans issues e.i. not going into reverse and not shifting properly) and he had to wind up getting a new trans!

ive tried the trans additive "shutter fix" that FORD recommends for their shitty transmissions to get the valves unstuck, but it didnt seem to do anything. Should i do another drain and fill (no drain plug, have to take the whole pan off again) or is this a common problem that someone knows about and knows how to fix? PS there seems to be a very tiny leak at or near the speed sensor that i have not yet addressed, could this be an issue? should i replace the speed sensor?
