Hey guys, looking for some help with a turn signal issue that I have. For reference, I have all LED exterior lights. My issue is that when I turn on my turn signal, it blinks normal speed, but my odometer and head unit also blink very quickly. If I’m on the brakes, the turn signal tail light blinks at normal pace, but the other side blinks slowly (if I’m not using my turn signal while on the brakes they are solid as they should be). The kicker is that if I have my headlights on, everything works just as it’s supposed to. I imagine it is probably a relay or resister issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

My question is. Why ya using your turn signals? Nobody here in NJ uses them. Figured it was a country wide thing. Good to see there's others out there that do..

Seriously. Sounds like a bad relay or a crossed burned wire. Electrical not my foray......at all. Just a guess.

I figure since I don’t have a 3rd brake light, I should at least use my signals so the person behind me has some clue what I’m doing.

It sounds like a bad ground to me.

On my wife's old Blazer it had a broken wire in the seat lumbar switch causing the interior lights to go on/off when you move around in the driver seat.

    Electrical gremlins are the worst.

Not sure this is your issue but some owners report similar issues with low quality led bulbs as the cause for flickering. The OEM bulb has low resistance and needs more current than an LED. One fix would probably be to fit a resistor in parallel with the bulb. Subscribed as I have interest in LED upgrades one day.

Thank you dude. People so ignorant. They are there to let other people know what I'm doin. Not remind me of where I plan on goin. My biggest driving pet peeve. :annoyed:. Is it really that hard to hit that little lever up or down. :notsure:
