when I turn on my engine sometimes the ac, radio, windows, windshield wipers, etc. wont work/come on. I will usually have to restart my engine 1 or 2 times for it all to work.

Sounds like a poor connection in a ground wire

If you turn the key back to the accessory position do those items work?
If so it's the ignition switch. Not hard to get to, you should just have to drop the lower dash cover on the underside of the steer column.

    Also welcome from Oklahoma.

No that doesn't usually work. I usually have to turn it completely off then let it sit in the accessory position for a few seconds then crank the engine. I repeat this process around three times if it doesn't work the first time.

Interesting, I would still lean towards an ignition switch issue personally.
They are only about $40 or so at the parts store.
If nothing else pull the plug and see if you can jump the pins to make the Jeep think it's in the run position and see if those items work.
