3 speed vs 4 speed

    none right now
    So I have this 78 CJ 7. 3 speed manual. Any good ?? It works fine
    Heard the 4 speed has a granny low. What do you think and how is the swap and is it worth it .

    This will be off road only build.

    Howell fuel injection, header, HEI distributor, TH350, NP208, SOA lift with YJ springs in the front & GW springs in the Rear. AMC20 with G2 1 piece chromos trussed, Dana 30 with G2 chromos and 760x ujoints and MM Stainless Hubs, Geared 4.56. Tom Woods shafts, Metal cloaks, Caged, 37" Toyo MTs.
    Agree with Prerunner. You most likely have the T150. It is bullet proof, but very lacking in the low gear department. As prerunner says Go hear for all the tranny information and tranny swap info that you will need. https://www.novak-adapt.com/
