Unable to connect to vehicle via Uconnect / Mopar

    My vehicle stopped sending data about 8 days ago.I have been unable to view vehicle information like tire pressure or vehicle health, or send remote commands via the iOS app or Mopar website.

    Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!

    Welcome to the forum.
    Its a 2019. My guess is it's still under warranty. Have you brought it back to dealer? What's their opinions or advice?

    Welcome! Going anywhere besides the Jeep dealer for software or hardware issues related to U-connect etc could affect your new vehicle warranty. They will be the best choice for fixing the issue or reflash the computer etc.
