    have a blank uconnect 6.5 screen 99% of the time. can't use radio nav phone etc
    fires up sometimes from start until switch off and then won't run for days. I had it at the dealers
    but they found no fault as it was working on the day . any ideas please

    Welcome! If the Jeep is still under warranty that blank u-connect screen is best handled by FCA. Take a video of your extended (99%) blank screen for them. That's unacceptable service.

    yep fully agree with you there vehicle has 3 years free servicing and is still well under warranty-
    second service pushed out another 5000 after last entry to workshop Iam really disappointed with the whole affair
    dealer does not want to know about this vehicle. I am in Australia but

    Drop off jeep pick up loaner, return soon after receiving call its repaired...

    Google 'jeep cares' I can NOT get info as you are down under - they are jeeps social media customer assistance.

    I have a similar issue on my 2020 mine only happens when I use my GPS and get a call and when I force the reboot everything on the dash changes to kilometers
