Radio cuts on and off, even after Chrysler changed it out

    hi,
    since 3 months, my 8,4 inches radio cuts on and off frequently and at the same time the camera guidelines desapears. chrysler has changed the radio and the problem still there. Is anyone have the same problem and did you fix it ?

    Welcome to the forum.
    Being a 2018,under warranty still. Have you talked to the dealership? What was their recommendations or solutions?

    They just dont know what To do.
    Today I called FCA Canada asking them To find a solution . I am surprise by the fact they tell me knowing nothing about this problem.
    They will call me back tomorrow.
