I took my Jeep TJ with the rebuilt drivetrain for about a 30 mile drive and when I pulled into the garage there was a whistling noise. I was able to narrow it down to the transmission area but could not pinpoint it.

I did have an exhaust cutoff installed just in front of the cross member/skid plate to make future endeavors easier but I'm wondering, is there a vacuum hose connected to the standard transmission? Any ideas?

    no vacuum to trans-
vacuum to dash for HVAC, and PB is all I can think of.
Are the trans. and front diff vents clear?

added manual knowing you will keep a copy :)
