    Then.....if you have it in you, drill the hole as large as possible, then use the Dremel to cut the remaining shell in 3 pieces, 120 degree each. They should just fall out with little help. Two pieces also possible but 3 is better. The cut itself should be fairly good, like 1/16" or a bit more.
