HVAC blower motor no high speed working intermittent

    so we are on a trip to Houston in our 2015 Jeep Compass everything’s working fine get to the hotel get back in the car later and the a/c would not come on now it only comes on a little no high speed also I can hear something flapping on the blower motor wheel what can the problem be ?

    Welcome aboard! Might want to check and make sure there is nothing stuck in the fan obstructing its operation.

    Welcome to the forum @a2cntryboy .
    My girlfriends 98 ZJ, Grand Cherokee had a very similar issue. We replaced the blower motor and resistor. And it don't correct problem. So I'm very interested in your fix. If you find one. So I subbed :popcorn:

    2 inch lift, bumper and winch 33" mud claw
    It has been my experience that when the blower looses a speed it's telling you to replace it. In home or auto the flapping sound is probably something got sucked up off the floor
