Ok friends need advice. I have a 2001 grand Cherokee had codes come up for crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor changed both. Codes went away then still can't get to run. Now codes are coming up for the 2 I just got fixed plus 2 more codes for #2 & 5 injectors. ANY SUGGESTIONS TO PROBLEM WOULD BE A BLESSING

welcome to the forum :jeepwave: enjoy the 'gang' a good bunch.

OK 2001 Grand cherokee WJ pretty easy to work on and a good vehicle.
And lots of tutorials available online :)
You did not mention which engine a I6 or a V8- it matters, Post ALL the code numbers you are seeing. Describe any issues, such as rough idle, hard or no start, airbag light on ?

A code does NOT indicate a component needs changing... thats why knowing the code is important.

OK getting started, sorry if it sounds like lecture I'm ex military.

descriptions of codes and thoughts in order
    1) grouping p0202 and p0205. injector control CIRCUIT. The PCM (computer) is not seeing the expected voltage on these circuits. This is the control wire from fuel injectors #2 and #5.
First check the injector connectors. they often get loose corroded and connection fails; with KOEO* connector still attached probe both wires - is there 12v? Yes No ?

    2) P0340 -NO CAM SIGNAL AT PCM. Again the PCM is not seeing the expected 'signal' from CAM (cam sensor)
At the CMP check the connector and first several inches if wiring as this is the point it some times fails. It is advised when replacing the CMP or CKP sensors they come from jeep.

    3) P1391 -INTERMITTENT LOSS OF CMP OR CKP. Annother indication the PCM is not seeing the signals from CMP OR CKP (crank sensor) this code is likely result of above code P0340.

Address #1 this should be a quick troubleshoot. a test light or DVOM.
For #2 Inspect wiring and connection - DO NOT move the OPDA that the sensor attaches to dont loosen the clamp bolt in attachment.4.0L CMP.jpg

You claim you installed 2 NEW sensors?
The CMP and CKP? do you know the Brand ?

    * learn this KOEO = Key On Eng Off, often used term in troubleshooting
