i have a 1999 grand cherokee laredo, I just installed a new regulator in the passenger front window. Everything works however when the passenger door is open window or door locks will not work. This started about 6 months ago. I pulled the plug loose from the bottom of the door where the wiring comes into the door and it look ok there. Any ideas?

When the issue appears is it intermittent or can it be triggered? Sometimes wires get pinched or have small fractures etc

YOU said " it look ok " sorry that is not a real test.
Yes it is there where the wires often fail - but more testing.

Can you use a test light, DVOM and a wiring diagram?

    Passenger windows work OK?
