    Hi everyone!

I have a 2004 Wrangler. Recently, my driver side headlight is not as bright as the other one. I replaced the bulb, and it's still faded. Any advice on what it might be and how to fix it? Thank you!

    Welcome from Oklahoma.
If there is a ground wire for that headlight you might check and clean the ground real good.

Welcome @bdaly163 as mentioned for the ground connection confirm proper voltage to the bulb and look for damaged wires/ loose connections. Perhaps test with another head lamp.

....Hey...TJ came up with a good one.. Oh....I'm sorry. Ummm. Yeah...I suck at electrical issues. But I am learning. Start with the basics. Grounds and bulbs. And hope it's not a bigger issue.

BTW. Welcome to the forum. :jeepwave:

I was trained by the Army to fix generators, really just learned how to use a multimeter and read a wiring diagram.

If it is a cloudy lens I make a mixture of lemon juice from a fresh squeezed lemon and some baking soda and make a paste. Rub it on the lens with a clean cloth, let it dry then rinse it off, next use some high grade car wax and apply to the lens let dry then wipe off. Works great on outside film and actually will get some of the inside film also

A simple way to check for a weak ground would be to run a jumper wire from the battery negative to a location close to the light or directly to the black wire coming from it.
