95 has nothing done except straight piped with no cat. and the 94 project is one of a two I have done. I have replaced its blown motor with a stroked out (30 over) motor from a 91 XJ so far. New radiator, water pump, thermostat, fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, new belts.
Second, my project jeep (wifes ride) 94 ZJ had a blown motor which I found a stroked out motor 30 Over in which I replaced it with which had zero miles on, also put a new radiator, water pump, thermostat, new hoses, belts, fuel filter, fuel pump, and got it running after fuel tank was cleaned out and new fuel added. New coolant added, but drove it away from the shop the other day and traveling 5 miles and it cut off, then went to make a left hand turn and it cut off again, plus I noticed the brake calipers were either semi stuck or no pads at all, rotors were smoking and extremely hot, so not sure where to start. Any ideas???

Welcome @94-95ZJGuy ... For 94ZJ inspect the brakes for frozen calipers and replace them. Based off your description (smoking+hot) the rotors may be warped plus burnt pads. Probably should have turned around back to the "shop".

Yeh probably so but the guy who was helping me, will not answer because he stays so swamped with no help but himself. I am planning on putting no calipers and possibly new hubs as well since I am working on all that.

I would get 2 "loaded" calipers and caliper brake flex lines. keep in mind the rear brakes have been siitting also - but lets try this - fronts first. Bleed and bleed again.

Will the jeep run - idles ok?
    anyway BASICS
fuel pressure - with a gauge what is PSI?
Pluge is there spark at several plugs?
Is there 12v at injectors when key turned to on?
And might try to check for codes.
