I know my 95 according to the VIN look up, it shows that it is an S/Rio Grande, it has the black dash, southwestern seats, but the 'lil 4 banger under the hood is resting in a factory BLACK body. and NO kool lil sticker on the back. SO I have to ask.... is it an S model or Rio Grande?? The VIN is also confusing as well here is the VIN minus the production numbers.... 1J4FY19P8SP****** I tried to make sense of the VIN but the 3rd positon (4) doesnt exist and neither does the 8th position, (P) can anyone help???
I bought this for $400 and there is no title but am trying to get a bonded one Here in Colorado.
It runs great and all i have put into it is a water pump and brake light switch, and oil change....

Based off the chart from @Awrench the origin of the Rio would be an S which is the basis for most Wranglers +/- options etc. Glad to see you're saving another square!
