Having intermittent Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) issues, constant Check Engine Light, constant No Fuse indication, and Passenger Headlight inoperative.
Have swapped TIPM twice, replaced engine wiring harness, and have found nothing that corrects any of the issues.

    Any Clues?

Going to have it scanned again on Monday. Last time it was scanned showed no error codes, even though engine light, no fuse, and headlight were acting up.

Scanner came up with a few faults, O2 sensor, Accelerator pedal position sensor, and Ambient air temperature sensor.

O2 sensors had been replaced a few months ago...… can't see Ambient sensor causing the issues …….

Not sure is Accelerator PPS would be the cause of all the problems, but will replace.

    You did get a scanner?
It will help with diagnosing -
Did you look in freeze frame?
why are you replacing the APPs ?

So your O2 sensor is either bad or there is a wiring issue, I doubt that it would be a pcm problem, but it could be. Checking an O2 sensor with a digital volt meter is easy enough. I would suggest looking up on how to check the other sensors also.
