Upon dropping the fuel tank to check for debris, I found a few "rigged" items in place....those have been addressed. During the, "put it all back together" phase, I have realized that the fuel tank is not correct for my '74 as the filler hose is about 3" short of the filler neck on the tank. While looking at actual OEM tank replacements, there is a wide range ( $84-$236) of price tags. Is this an example of you get what you pay for, or should the $84 tank work just as well as the $116 tank?

I would be more inclined to find a longer hose, cheaper options as well.

Well it is a Jeep, So be as creative as you can for the least amount spent. These things are supposed to provide lots of fun without breaking the bank. Although it does happen sometimes. Having a prize like a '74 CJ, reread the first sentence.
