Well hello Kela (@jeep girl in Distress!! ), welcome from Oklahoma.
If you step on the brakes do you brake lights work? If not the brake light switch could be broken and the vehicle isn't getting the signal that you have your foot on the brakes so it won't release the shifter.
Also, there may be a small square around the shifter that you can pop the cover off and manually release the lever. This may get you going but there is still an issue to diagnose.

The battery is dead in my 2009 Jeep liberty and it is stuck in park so I can’t get a vehicle beside it it is pulled under a carport so I can’t jump it without moving it first it started displaying no fuse today I do Not See a button to release the shifter around it or a little side panel to access it

Couple things you can try: 1) either remove battery or leave in place to hook up a battery charger, 2) use a lithium jump charger to start jeep, 3) replace battery with new replacement battery, 4) buy 16ft or more extra heavy gauge jumper cables, 5) use floor jack to raise rear of jeep to push it out of carport, ETC. All these items can be purchased at a Walmart. Not wasted money as they will be useful again. Some vehicles trans selector will not move out of PARK without 12V power.....just the way the safety nannies wanted all to be safe.
