hey there! I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited with the 5.7L hemi. I want to add a new exhaust, cold air intake, and throttle body. Someone told me that I am going to have to get some sort of programmers so everything runs right. Is this true? If so what are they and how much can they cost?

You should not "need" to reprogram but you probably should anyway. A programmer will help you get all the advantage of the parts you are replacing and should make a noticeable difference.

Take a look at the Superchips website. There are lots of choices out there with all kinds of options and prices but this will give you a start and they are who I trust for such things. The F5 JEEP FLASHPAQ 3874 for your rig is around $360 or so. Ouch....
