So I’m chasing this vibration. I have replace all driveshaft u joints. Today I noticed some oil/ grease coming from the end of the axle on the front passenger side and settling on the fork that holds the wheel u joint whatever that’s called. Is there a bearing inside that could be bad causing the grease to seep out. Weird thing is that it only happens when driving in gear under load you can shift to neutral and the sound goes away when coasting. Any help would be great if anyone has experienced this

There is an axle oil seal close to the axle gears. To change it would require removal of the gears and axle.

There are a few things that can cause the vibration. Like worn out stuff, the bearings can be bad also. Lift the front off the ground and wobble the front tire looking for anything loose. A trip to an alignment shop might be in order. Sometimes a tire can start to come apart and cause a vibration along with an out of balance wheel. Modified suspensions are another possibility.
