    Here are the new codes...
12 - Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 Key-on cycles.

45 - Overdrive solenoid - open or shorted condition detected in overdrive solenoid circuit.

37 - An open or shorted condition detected in the torque converter part throttle unlock solenoid control circuit. (3 speed auto RH trans. Only). Incorrect input state detected for the Park/Neutral switch. Auto. only.

51 - A lean air/fuel mixture has been indicated by an abnormally rich correction factor. (O2 sensor)

More curious about code 37 than anything,
Code 37 is new and I'm not understanding what it means and what to look for. Except that it does seem like my torque converter is locked or doesn't unlock at high speeds on the highway

this is a 46RH trans - the code 37 makes sense with accompanying 45 as these are the "electrical" portion of the trans - and I suspect they have NO voltage. A fuse, elec connector, OD switch or wiring.

    Good news
I suspect your 4th gear and TCC are inoperative At this time, as if they were functioning you would have trans issues.

    Bad news
these old POS ZJ's are the old chrysler shop manuals, I would rather have a prostate exam than look for a limited model (5.2L) wiring diagram. I will get it for you -its a jeep thing. I Will add later.

as mentioned at left rear of trans - match the connector in diagram with what you have...

I bottle Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve Bourbon 15 Year Old should do it.

I've got all the codes to clear except for 51. How can I troubleshoot and fix trouble code 51? 51 is a lean mixture of air and fuel

look for a vacuum leak, check fuel pressure with a gauge as a bad pump will force fuel trim ++ to comp fpr low pressure.

Try the carb cleaner spray trick to find vac leaks- 5.2 check the valey pan gasket.
Should be you tube tutorials on both - carb cleaner to find vac leaks, AND dodge 5.2 intake gasket leak

Okay I'll do those things, what do you think about the map sensor being faulty? I read that the map sensor plays a big part in fuel-air mixture

there is no indicator or reason to suspect MAP.

TPS checks MAP and MAP checks TPS - the 2 sensors react to the other sensor changing.
A wot would see a decreasing manifold vac.
A increasing MAP would expect to see a closed TPS.

He has a 5.9.The vacuum lines are different from the 5.2 and I can't find the same source of hoses that he's removing on my 5.2 to test the plenum

THE IDEA is to spray and listen for the change in engine sound -RPM or runing rough or smoothing out BUT you should clearly hear a change.

Spray around vacuum lines, fittings, manifold mating surfaces, where inj plug into manifold, this is a general check of many areas not just manifold valley pan ie the 5.9L video.

Lean condition also check exhaust leaks, fuel pressure, but I would first suspect vac leak.
