    Soon to replace the transfer case
    My vehicle is now over heating. And as well as my relay switch for my radiator fan doesn’t go on it’s own. I have to jump it with cables. Does anyone have this same problem?

    this is a 2008 wk with what engine?

    First thing I would do is check for codes, and check fuses - once we know engine and question of codes we can offer specific advise.

    Items that can cause overheating are a bad thermostat, fan clutch, and not getting the cooling system maintained.

    Since the electric fans are not activated inspect/replace the relay switch, temp sensors, check for voltage. I'll assume when the fans are jumpered there is no over heating, right?

    Nah believe it or not it still over heats

    do you have 2 fans? hyd and elec? Again post all codes as the PCM is involved in fan control.

    Anyway you claim fan forced on and a overheat still - I would confirm fluid level, how did coolant look any evidence of oil in coolant? Look in radiator NOT coolant bottle for inspection.

    Then 1st suspect would be thermostat.
