Creaking noises in steering wheel and left front suspension

    2005 Grand Cherokee Laredo
    I have a 2005 grand Cherokee Laredo and have noticed creaking noises at slow speeds when turning the steering wheel slightly to the left or right. It makes the same noise in the left front tire at any speed when going over anything but perfectly flat/smooth roads. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
