    Does anyone have any idea what brand or who makes this rear bumper. It says that it will fit a YJ or TJ.

    Welcome @Jeepin92 ...not sure of the brand but check whether it lines up with any existing holes on the rear cross member. Should be able to mod new holes accordingly on the bumper.
