What have you done to your jeep - come on fess up what did you change powertrain wise or do. Parts, modifications off road deep water bottom out on rock?

    You did use a SCANNER?
    P0132-O2 SENSOR 1/1 CIRCUIT HIGH
    >> above is likely why next code appears
P1128-CLOSED LOOP FUELING NOT ACHIEVED - BANK 1

    P0300-MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE

All tells me something wrong on B1.
I would look at B1S1 o2 sensor voltage, check fuel trims, FYI B1 is RS (passenger).
    Check o2 sensor wiring.
    Possible Causes
(K41) O2 1/1 SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(K902) O2 RETURN UPSTREAM CIRCUIT TO VOLTAGE
    (K41) O2 1/1 SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN
(K902) O2 RETURN UPSTREAM CIRCUIT OPEN
    1/1 O2 SENSOR

There has been no mods done to my jeep, all completely stock.. this happened all at once after downshifting to 5th gear to pass a car. After this happened, i replaced an O2 sensor that had a broken wire, and replaced the crank position sensor. I have a scan tool to read and erase codes.. i dont know what to do..

Also, haven't taken it off road or anything. Nothing except highway driving in over a year.. haven't hit anything or anything like that.. i did replace the clutch about 2000 miles ago..

jeeps are demanding, you must use a jeep or NTK brand o2 sensor.

After the new sensor, you cleared the codes, AND what is status- no codes, new codes, same codes?
Will you scanner look at live data - ECT, MAP, TPS, o2 voltages, fuel trims etc.

OK with the new NTK/jeep o2 sensor (not just pushing clear) the PCM ram memory must be cleared, dont panic
a fancy term that can done by removing the battery cable and giving it a few minutes to discharge RAM.

Now you replaced the CKP, again with a NEW jeep part and did you perform the Cam/Crank Variation Relearn?
    should be on your scanner.

SUGGEST you rescan and post ALL codes.

I did disconnect the battery to hard reset everything.. the same codes come back.. it will run fine for about 45 seconds, then the check engine light comes back, flashing, and the engine starts to run rough.. No, i did not do a relearn, never have heard of that.

    the CEL is flashing?

Are you showing any other codes P020X?

You have a SCANNER not just a code reader? Seams something is missing here.

Can you see the live data I mentioned above?

Was the o2 sensor a jeep or NTK brand?

Did you just plug it in OR did you have to wire it? The p0132 with the new sensor suggest either a DIYer sensor OR other circuit wiring issues.

    Forget that term hard reset.

Yes.. the CEL does flash.. it is a scanner, it can see live data, i just dont know what to look for.. it plugs into the odb2 port. The p0132 code was there before, and after the new sensor,(s).. nothing changed with new ones..

What sensor did you replace? driver LS, passenger RS, pre cat or post cat?

look at live data - ECT, MAP, TPS, o2 voltages, fuel trims, the basics.
Especially the o2 voltage for B1S1, (p0132) is the voltage stuck or do you see sweep?

A flashing CEL fuel trims should be HIGH +. advise.

Have you looked at spark plugs B1 - are they wet, black?
    plugs 1,3,5 are sparking?

If any one could have helped....And Awrench was trying. They would have. But as you said. It could be anything from........to. Imdont know what scan tool your using. And honestly. I have no idea what all those codes are. And im sure that also might be an issue with other members. Just a thought @Pyschosparky . Believe me. If I could help. As I'm sure many other members could. Would help.
My suggestion. Start with the cheapest and easiest fix you might think it is. Process of elimination.
