How to remove top from JK?

2016 Jeep Wrangler

New owner, I have a 2016 JK with a simi hard top. Back window is glass side back two are plexi. I cant figure out how to take the top off. When I roll it back and get to the two side windows it seems like I need to unbolt a lot of stuff, also when I put it back forward it doesnt seal on one side. Anyone know how to fix this?
